Pearl Plaza

This is the pioneer project of Sparc Properties and Realty Corp as developer and tenant fitout design management, in coordination with Design Coordinates Inc. (DCI) as construction management, Tenman Project Management (TPM) as project management and Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) as cost consultant. Pearl plaza was built in the late 1990s and shut down in the late 2000s. The renovation project started 2017, covering a total of 6 levels. The main mall area was converted to offices and the parking area was converted to dormitory units.
